Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
To ensure the final product aligns with your vision, we include a Design Confirmation Stage in our process. Once your custom design is drafted, we will send a digital proof to your email for your review. This stage allows you to verify that the themes, colors, and event details are correct before we move into physical production.

If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, we will automatically proceed with production to ensure your order arrives in time for your event. Once an order moves into the production phase, no further changes or cancellations can be made.
