Our custom journals and notebooks come in four sizes: Mini (5x7 inches) for little hands, Small (6x9 inches) for portability, Medium (8x10 inches) for creative fun, and Large (8.5x11 inches) for detailed coloring adventures! - Production Time: Each item is made to order, so please allow approximately 2 weeks for production before your order is shipped.

- Shipping Costs: We offer flat rate shipping to ensure transparency with our pricing:

- Custom Activity Party Favors: $6.99

- Custom Gifts (Tumblers and NFC Stands): $7.99

- Free Shipping Offer: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100!

- Free Local Pickup: For customers located within the Charlotte Ballantyne area, we offer a free pickup option. After your order is ready, you will receive an email with instructions on how to pick up your items.

- Local Delivery Option: We also provide local drop-off services within a 5-10 mile radius of the Ballantyne area for a flat fee of $7. Please select this option at checkout if you would like your order delivered to your doorstep.

- International Shipping: For international orders, please submit your details and inquiries to our email at support@needafavorpartyfavor.com for further assistance.

- Expedited Orders: If you require expedited order processing, please submit your request to support@needafavorpartyfavor.com for further assistance.

- Shipping Method: All other orders are shipped using standard shipping methods. Delivery times may vary based on your location and are subject to change based on postal service conditions.

How to Submit Your Custom Details

1. Upload Your Images
Please use the Upload button on the product page to attach your photos directly to your order.

2. Alternate Submission
If you experience any technical issues, you may email your images and customization details to support@needafavorpartyfavor.com. To ensure your files are matched correctly, please include your Order Number, Full Name, and Phone Number.

3. The Approval Process
Once our design team has completed your custom layout, you will receive a digital proof via email for Final Approval.

4. Production Timeline & 24-Hour Review
To ensure your order stays on schedule for your event, we ask that you review and respond to your design proof within 24 hours.

• Please Note: If we do not receive a response within this 24-hour window, we will automatically proceed with production to avoid any delivery delays. Once production begins, no further changes or cancellations can be made.
