- Free Local Pickup: For customers located within the Charlotte Ballantyne area, we offer a free pickup option. After your order is ready, you will receive an email with instructions on how to pick up your items.

- Local Delivery Option: We also provide local drop-off services within a 5-10 mile radius of the Ballantyne area for a flat fee of $7. Please select this option at checkout if you would like your order delivered to your doorstep.

- Expedited Orders: If you require expedited order processing, please submit your request to support@needafavorpartyfavor.com for further assistance.

How to Submit Your Custom Details

1. Upload Your Images
Please use the Upload button on the product page to attach your photos directly to your order.

2. Alternate Submission
If you experience any technical issues, you may email your images and customization details to support@needafavorpartyfavor.com. To ensure your files are matched correctly, please include your Order Number, Full Name, and Phone Number.

3. The Approval Process
Once our design team has completed your custom layout, you will receive a digital proof via email for Final Approval.

4. Production Timeline & 24-Hour Review
To ensure your order stays on schedule for your event, we ask that you review and respond to your design proof within 24 hours.

• Please Note: If we do not receive a response within this 24-hour window, we will automatically proceed with production to avoid any delivery delays. Once production begins, no further changes or cancellations can be made.
